‘It’s amazing!’ said a child excited to get her hands on Rooted Juniors resources. Since launching at the end of 2021, the Rooted Juniors subscription box has been opening up the power of the Bible for children aged 7–11. Each box is packed with activities based on a different story or theme, rooting their hearts in God’s word.

Children are very much involved in the creation of Rooted Juniors resources. Beth Read, Rooted Juniors Editor, said: ‘We always want to be sure the resources meet the needs of our young explorers.’ So Beth takes every opportunity to find out what children think of the Bible boxes.

At a recent gathering, children were given Bible-study resources from Rooted Juniors and really enjoyed checking out the new box design and contents. They tested out each activity and told us about their favourites. ‘It helps people to learn about the Bible and also have fun at the same time,’ said one junior. ‘It’s amazing!’ another remarked.

The pack of Bible verse cards were especially popular among the children as being good for remembering Scripture throughout the day, and the cuddly lion got a definite thumbs up.

How to Join

Children receive a free Welcome box when they join, followed by three Bible-themed boxes throughout the year. You can sign a child up to Rooted Juniors for just £5 a month. When you do, your junior will receive their Welcome box straight away so they can start exploring all the Bible goodness that’s inside.

One of the best parts of Rooted Juniors is that it’s an investment not only in your child’s life, but in the lives of people around the world. The £5 you give every month will go towards Bible mission, which means that more people will discover the good news of Jesus for themselves.
