Festivals

Over 2018 many of you will have seen our Bible Course stand at festivals. It has proved so popular, we have an ambitious plan to go to lots of festivals again in 2019.

If you’d like to get involved with festivals in 2019, please have a look at the dates available.

We are looking for people to help on stands as well as serving in our café. If you want to join our team, please get in touch to express your interest at volunteers@biblesociety.org.uk.

Christian Resources Exhibition

CRE North will be held at Event City, Manchester on 13 and 14 March 2019 and we will be there with a big stand to make sure that everyone knows what we do, why and how. If you’d like to come along for free and stop for a chat on the stand, please apply for your free ticket here.

Email us at volunteers@biblesociety.org.uk to let us know that you are coming.

Risk assessment form

We are very interested in helping our volunteers to run good, safe events and have provided a very simple ‘tick box’ risk assessment to help you think about what could go wrong, and what you can do to minimise that. Please use the form whenever you are holding an event and keep a copy until you are sure that no one is going to say they hurt themselves.

We can also send you a copy of our Public Liability Insurance certificate. Please get in touch via volunteers@biblesociety.org.ukwhen you are holding an event so that we can send it to you.
