Bible Out And About Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is the British & Foreign Bible Society (known as ‘Bible Society’) Charity no. 232759, whose registered office is at Stonehill Green, Westlea, Swindon SN5 7DG.
  2. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO WIN
  3. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over subject to paragraph 4 below.
  4. Employees of Bible Society, their family members or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.
  5. Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  6. Maximum of three entries per person. (Entries of more than three photos from the same person will be disqualified).
  7. By entering the competition you accept that Bible Society may share your photograph on their website and social media channels.
  8. To enter, supply your photograph by tagging Bible Society on Twitter (@biblesociety) and using #bibleoutandabout or by emailing [email protected] by 23.59 on 24/8/2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  9. Bible Society takes no responsibility for corrupted or late entries.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. Bible Society reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  12. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Bible Society.
  13. Winners will be chosen by a judging panel from Bible Society.
  14. Bible Society’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Bible Society will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected from or delivered to.
  16. The winner will be notified by email within 4 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Bible Society reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  17. The prize is as stated, no cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Bible Society and not to any other party.   19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
