Tychicus

A companion of Paul. He seems to have been important to Paul's ministry. He was mentioned in Acts as going ahead of Paul and waiting for him in Tros; also mentioned in Ephesians and Colossians as having news of Paul that he would share with the communities; Paul states that he hoped to send someone, maybe Tychicus, to Crete in Titus, and in 2 Timothy Paul promises that Tychicus would come to Ephesus to relieve Timothy.
