Gomorrah

A city mentioned in the Old Testament alongside Sodom in the narrative of Abraham (especially Genesis 19). These two were allied with three other cities Admah, Zeboim and Bela in a region just north of the Dead Sea. Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by God on account of their sin and their names have became a byword for wickedness.
