Prayer for China

This month we're praying for China, particularly for the Church as it faces a tightening of regulations in the current politcal climate.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.
Ephesians 6.10 (ESV)

Kua Wee Seng, Director of the United Bible Societies China Partnership, has asked us to join him in prayer: 

The Church in China is feeling the effects of a political climate which has stepped up its policy of implementation and strengthened the enforcement of regulations.

• Please pray for greater faith and courage among Chinese leaders, and wisdom and patience to ride through these current times.
• Praise God for all the exciting ways that God is at work in China and pray for Chinese Christians as they play their part in what God is doing.
• Thank God for the faith, courage and perseverence of his people and for the way they can inspire others.
