Decorate the outside of a box or jar with the word ‘joy’ and ‘flowers’ or things that make you happy. Then as things happen in your family that give you joy add them to the box/jar. These are great to read and reflect on at the end of the month or at times when we are feeling sad to remind us of the joy in our life.
