Prayer for Open the Book

We're delighted to be celebrating 20 years of Open the Book in 2019! Please join us in giving thanks for God's faithfulness and blessing through this project seeking to share Bible stories with primary school children.

We will not keep them from our children; we will tell the next generation about the LORD's power and his great deeds and the wonderful things he has done.
Psalm 78.4 (GNB)

• Thank God for his amazing work through 20 years of Bible storytelling! Givie thanks for all that has been achieved and for his guidance for our future plans.
• Praise the Lord for the faithful storytellers who go into their local primary schools sharing Bible stories in a fun, interactive way through drama, props, costumes and great storytelling skills.
• Pray for the launch of the newly piloted first year of Bible storytelling working a multi-faith context. Praise God for the positive and encouraging response from the schools and children involved in the pilot.
