Happy Christmas from Bible Society!

We all know the nativity story, don't we? The shepherds, the star, the wise men. But the story has endured because it's about so much more. There's more to the nativity, there's more to Christmas, there's more to life - and it starts with Jesus, the baby in the manger.

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”
Luke 2.13-14 (ESV)
  • Praise God for the gift of his son Jesus to us.
  • Pray for all those who feel excluded at Christmas: for the marginalised, the homeless, refugees and those without family. May they know the love of Jesus and the real meaning of Christmas.

Thank you for praying with us, we deeply value your intercessions on our behalf as we seek to share God's word at home and around the world.
