Lyfe in partnership with Fitfish are developing resources and information to promote the balance of physical and spiritual health. Some of our biggest barriers to growing spiritually are tiredness and fatigue. Stress, busyness, exhaustion and the demands of everyday life can drain us and affect our ability to pray, read Scripture, relate well to other people and to do life with God. Our new booklet ‘Get Moving’ used in conjunction with the fitness videos below, promote a healthy balance of body and soul.
Six Streams of Fitness
Lyfe offers a balanced vision for life with God through six zones (Still lyfe, Real lyfe, Spirit lyfe, Just lyfe, Word lyfe, Whole lyfe). In the six videos below, Gaynor and Jez from Fitfish introduce you to six streams of fitness (stamina, core, power, rest & refuel, flexibility, strength).

|Rest & Refuel
It it is recommended that you check with you doctor before starting a new exercise programme and keep the exercise at a level that is safe and comfortable for you. All exercises are followed at your own risk and should always be accompanied with plenty of water and a warm up and cool down.
