Gospels in Schools

Take your pupils more deeply into the Gospel stories with this new resource for KS1 and KS2. Forty-two Gospel passages are accompanied by background information and questions that will  introduce your pupils to new Bible passages and go deeper into well-known stories.

• enough Gospel passages to resource a weekly reading of a passage in the classroom over a whole school year
• questions focused on both on recalling the text and on reflection and enquiry support pupils to consider their own experiences and values on a wide range of themes and issues
• the themes identified at the start of each passage can be used to help select the most relevant passage
• available in two different Bible translations, the Good News Bible translation (GNB) and the English Standard Version (ESV)
